Creative Experimentation

Looking for new ways to encourage creative exploration beyond client work, I proposed transforming our conference room windows into seasonal installations. What began as a single Halloween display evolved into a company tradition that challenged us to think beyond the screen and experiment with illustration, lighting, sculpture, fabrication, and interactive environments. Over four installations, the project strengthened collaboration, uncovered new creative strengths within the team, and reinforced a culture where experimentation was encouraged.
