Exchange is a multi-tenant industrial brand designed to unify a growing portfolio of properties under a single, recognizable identity. The visual system was built to perform across large-scale architecture, signage, and marketing materials, creating a consistent experience while remaining flexible as the portfolio grows.
As Creative Director, I guided the development of the brand identity, signage, and environmental graphics, establishing a bold visual language that improves visibility, strengthens recognition, and adapts seamlessly across varied site conditions.
